Combient Pure is collaborating with the Chalmers University of Technology to study and accelerate value chain decarbonization and circular economy in connection to the [Digitala Stambanan Produktion](https://digitalastambanan.se/en/production/) project running between 2021-2024, funded by the Swedish Agency for Innovation Systems' (VINNOVA) area "Sustainable Industry".

 
Together with Chalmers, we are studying the current state and potential of Product-as-a-Service business models and servitization in the Combient companies. PaaS business models can decouple resource use from economic growth, and with the support of digitalization, improve the use of existing products through innovative and digital services.

 
With the support of the "Digitala Stambanan Produktion" project and Chalmers University, Combient Pure is also looking into Scope 3 data management: what is the current state, challenges and opportunities of Combient companies when it comes to value chain emission data, what kind of best practices are there for data management and how can AI support Scope 3 data management now and in the future?

We encourage discussion on strategy work that will prepare companies and their businesses for the future.

Munters is a global leader in climate control solutions for mission-critical processes. Through innovative technologies, Munters creates the most optimal climate for demanding industrial and agricultural applications where controlling humidity, temperature and air quality is mission-critical.

Munters embarked on Combient Pure’s Circularity Development Program in 2024. The program explored how circular economy can be implemented in Munters’ AirTech business area. The program consisted of five focused sprints: current state of circularity and circularity data, circular design, value chain engagement for circularity, circular business models, as well as aligning internally for circularity at Munters.
