CLC is the largest non-profit climate business network in Europe. It has 95 organisational members employing over 540 000 people worldwide. The stock market value of CLC’s company members is almost 70% of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. The Coalition’s members believe that a profound transition of society towards sustainable consumption habits and economy is not only possible but also economically viable.
CLC helps the members become even stronger climate leaders by identifying and introducing the best global company practices, policy approaches and strategies and actively participating in climate policy development on a Nordic, EU and Global level.
CLC and Combient Pure coordinate a peer-to-peer network for strategy leaders that meets regularly to share insights and discuss strategic climate work. With representatives from both CLC and Combient member companies, the goal of the group is to enable strategy leaders to discuss climate transition related topics from their personal experience and need. We encourage discussion on strategy work that will prepare companies and their businesses for the future.
Combient is a member of the CLC and works together on co-organizing events that drive climate action.
