As a Business Development Manager you will:
Foster impactful customer relationships to drive the decarbonization and circularity efforts of our extensive network of 35 companies within the Combient network.
Proactively initiate, sell, and spearhead projects where we collaboratively co-create transformative, tangible low carbon, and circular solutions across multiple companies.
Contribute to Combient Pure's communications and marketing initiatives, effectively conveying our message and raising awareness of our mission.
Actively participate in co-developing Combient Pure's offering and refining our operational approaches, continuously improving our ability to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

We look for a team player who has:
Sales experience - ability to identify and answer business needs that answer the challenges of decarbonization and circular economy
Project management experience - proactive problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial drive to get things done
Expertise on circular economy or/and transformation towards decarbonization - curiosity and interest towards multiple industries and capacity to ideate and develop systemic solutions to complex problems
Great people skills - ability to foster a positive and supportive environment, building strong relationships and encouraging collaboration
We value:
Background in business consultancy or/and hands-on business development
Experience from successfully facilitating and managing multi-stakeholder development projects and processes
Good sense of humor and twinkle in your eye!
This is a full-time role. Our Helsinki office is located at Bulevardi 44 and Stockholm office at Mäster Samuelsgatan 56.
